What is Reiki?
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. It is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or laying-of-the-hands through which a universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to aid in emotional, physical, mental and spiritual healing. Reiki also assists in the balancing and aligning of chakra centers.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person (body, mind and soul) through the use of light and spiritually guided life force energy. It is a natural and safe method of healing with many scientific clinical studies proving its effectiveness.
Customizing your Reiki Experience
You can customize your Reiki experience by adding on crystal therapy or flower therapy. Both crystals and flowers magnify the healing energy, help ground you to Mother Earth, and have deep connections to the angels. These are also wonderful tools to address specific chakra needs. I am a certified Crystal Reiki Master and Reiki Flower Therapist.
Why Do I Need Reiki?
We all have 2 bodies - our physical body and our energetic body. Thanks to our minds we are always very aware of our physical body, however it is the energetic body communicating with our mind that we are unaware of! Our energetic body (which we call our soul) is made up of our emotions, attitudes, thoughts and actions. These live in the chakra points and express themselves in our auras. Our physical body and energetic body are in constant communication with each other which is why its so important to regularly cleanse your energetic body. Unbalanced chakras and tears in our auras let other's emotions 'leak' into our energetic body, which our mind then can confuse with our own emotions (these people are called empaths). Although it is very special to be able to feel other's emotions, it is also very draining and can cause depression & anxiety. Reiki will get rid of all the 'stuck' energy that is no longer serving you. It will re-energize your chakras so you can begin experiencing the amazing abundance the universe has for you and it will begin sealing your aura so other's emotions/energy can no longer effect you. This light energy healing will communicate with our physical body and physical & spiritual healing is the ultimate result!
